Commercial New Construction & Renovations The varied experience of the MAG4 Team is particularly strong in the area of commercial building. We look forward to working with Clients on new construction projects as early as the site selection process, all the way through construction administration. Early involvement allows our team to collaborate on items such as efficient site design, optimal building placement, and systems coordination. MAG4's experience in the scope of renovation projects ranges from large scale roof replacement projects and systems upgrades, to interior space renovations and the build-out of existing commercial tenant spaces. Programming & Scheduling Coordination MAG4, Inc. works with Clients to develop a program that is a roadmap for the design of the entire project. This essential process helps the client identify their named requirements and determines how they are interrelated. Creating a project schedule is a valuable planning tool which can be updated throughout design and construction to reflect actual progress and adapt to various circumstances saving the Client time and money; and facilitates the collaboration of all parties.
